Es una recepcionista telefónica con IA que ya está en producción. Coge las llamadas que entran a la empresa y habla con quien llama en castellano o francés, con el audio en streaming y poca latencia.
Entiende para qué llama la persona y actúa: pasa la llamada a quien corresponda, consulta pedidos y entregas, toma recados y los manda por email, apunta incidencias y corta las llamadas de spam antes de que molesten a nadie.
Va montada sobre la centralita 3CX que ya tenían, sin cambiar su telefonía: se apoya en SIP/RTP con Asterisk y LiveKit SIP, y usa la XAPI de 3CX para manejar la centralita. Las conversaciones y el LLM se monitorizan con Langfuse.
It is an AI phone receptionist that is already in production. It answers the calls coming into the company and talks with the caller in Spanish or French, with streamed audio and low latency.
It works out why the person is calling and acts on it: it transfers the call to the right person, looks up orders and deliveries, takes messages and emails them, logs incidents and cuts off spam calls before they bother anyone.
It runs on top of their existing 3CX phone system, without replacing their telephony: it leans on SIP/RTP with Asterisk and LiveKit SIP, and uses the 3CX XAPI to drive the switchboard. Conversations and the LLM are monitored with Langfuse.
